Presenting...Chipper!



BLiNK! stars multi-award-winning comedy magician, CHIPPER LOWELL, who brings an impressive list of honors and experience to this fun-filled show! Chipper was named "COMEDY MAGICIAN OF THE YEAR! " by the International Magicians Society - The largest magic organization in the world. (Recently inducted into the Guniess World Records for its massive membership.) He has received two "MERLIN" awards from I.M.S. for Comedy in 2004 and 2006. Other "Merlin" statuette honorees include David Copperfield, Doug Henning, Penn & Teller, Mac King, Segfried & Roy and Doug Henning just to name a few.

Chipper has also been named "SPECIALTY ACT OF THE YEAR!" by the Tahoe Daily Tribune and ACTION magazine, and was recently noted as one of the TOP THREE STAGE COMEDIANS for live performance in 2006 by the Sacramento Bee, alongside Lewis Black and Lily Tomlin. (Not bad company!)

In 2008, The red-headed Comic was listed among the TOP FUNNIEST COMEDY MAGICIANS in the world by MAGIC MAGAZINE.



For the past Twenty years, Chipper has performed throughout the United States and Canada as well as England, Nassau, Aruba, Mexico, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand. His unsual brand of twisted magic and comedy has appeared at performing arts centers, theaters, comedy clubs, and casino showrooms. Chipper is also sought after for special customized shows for Fortune 500 corporate events.

Over the years, Chipper has produced, consulted and/or directed several stage shows including "The Chipper Show!", "Phantasy", "Magical Madness!", "The Comedy Kings of Vegas", "The Chipper Lowell Experience!", and of course "BLiNK! - An Incredible Evening of Award-Winning Magic!" He takes special pride in creating BLiNK! many years ago, allowing him to not only present his unique and original comedy routines to new generations of audiences, but to also serve as host and emcee to an extremely talented group of international magical artists, Three of which share the stage with him at every performance.



In addition to the theater, Chipper has also appeared on a wide variety of television shows and feature films. The list includes "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno", "General Hospital", "Empty Nest", "The New Mickey Mouse Club", "Show Me The Funny!", "Jake & The Fat Man", "KidSongs", "Everybody's Talking!", "They Came From Outer Space", "The Art of Mime, I & II", "Shades of L.A.", "Keep On Smiling", "The John Larroquette Show", "America's Funniest People", "The Jerry Lewis MDA Telethon", "The Disney Channel Preview Special", "My Life", "Time Changer", and "SIX" (Which Chipper also co-produced and co-wrote.)

Currently in the works are two more television projects: "The Chipper Chronicles", which began shooting in 2007, is a reality-based documentary style series based on Chipper's career and his home life. Cameras follow the comedian all over the world during his busy tour schedule, while also allowing viewers to see backstage antics and behind the scenes with his life at home with his wife of 12 years and their 7 year old son. The other project, "Tricksters", is a comedy-oriented show featuring the top artists in the unusual field of comedy-variety arts. Filmed before a live studio audience, viewers will feel like they're sitting front row to some of the most amazing and hysterically funny variety performers they've ever seen.



Along with his many stage appearances, Chipper also contributes much of his time to two important charities: The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and Autism Speaks. 50% percent of merchandise proceeds goes directly toward these two outstanding organizations to help further their work in bringing awareness and hopefully a solution to each of these disorders.
